This special issue contains the second of two parts of the Proceedings of the 2012 International Workshop on Several Complex Variables and Complex Geometry held on July 9-13, 2012. The first part appeared in the previous issue of the Bulletin of the Institute of Mathematics Academia Sinica N.S.. These two issues are edited by Profs. Der-Chen Chang, Jih-Hsin Cheng, Peter Greiner, Xiaojun Huang, and Yum-Tong Siu.
