The author should submit the manuscript (two hard copies or electronic files) directly to any member of the editors whom(s) he thinks in the closest field to the paper, or to the Bulletin (to the below address, or to bulletin@math.sinica.edu.tw) otherwise.
The manuscript is required to include

1. an abstract not exceeding 200 words
2. AMS subject classification numbers
3. a list of key words

After the paper has been accepted for publication, the author is requested to submit
(a) the all electronic files (TEX files for manuscripts, pictures and figures),
(b) a short title, electronically via email to bulletin@math.sinica.edu.tw, or on a diskette to the Bulletin in the below address.

No page charge is made. Thirty reprints of each paper will be provided free of charge, sent to the corresponding author. Additional reprints may be ordered at cost. For more information, please see the webpage: http://www.math.sinica.edu.tw/bulletin.
