Abstract:	This is the first/organizational meeting of the learning seminar on the Kac-Moody groups. We'll be using the book "Kac-Moody Groups, their Flag Varieties and Representation Theory" by Shrawan Kumar. I will give an overview of the book, and we'll schedule the talks/speakers for the rest of semester.
