Abstract: In this talk we study the incompressible fractional Navier-Stokes equations with the power s of the negative Laplacian satisfying 3/4< s < 1. We show that any suitable weak solution is regular away from a relatively closed set, whose (5-4s)-Hausdorff measure is zero. This is a generalization of Caffarelli-Kohn-Nirenberg (1982 CPAM), where the classical NSE was treated.
