Rogers-Ramanujan exact sequences and free modules over free generalized vertex algebras

演講摘要 : The Rogers-Ramanujan (RR) recursion is a recursion formula crucially used in the proof of the famous Rogers-Ramanujan identities. In this talk, we introduce the notion of free modules over (generalized) vertex algebras and show that a generalization of RR recursions are realized as exact sequences among free modules over free generalized vertex algebras. Special cases of our exact sequences are equivalent to ones introduced by S. Capparelli et al. We give several applications of our exact sequences to representation theory of vertex algebras, Fibonacci recursions and others.
